Wellbeing Comes Naturally

BTCV and its partners across England run environmental volunteering opportunities. We would like to invite people who experience mental distress to join us. BTCV volunteers connect with the natural world, exercise their bodies as well as their minds and find a welcoming group of people who want to make a positive impact on their local environment.

Wellbeing Comes Naturally is funded through the Ecominds grant scheme, whose aim is to improve peoples' mental and physical health through environmental activity. Together, we will challenge the stigma and social exclusion experienced by thousands of people every day.
