Become a Volunteer Officer with BTCV International

BTCV International department consists of just two full-time staff members and two VOs. We’re supported by central administration and a pool of dedicated and experienced project leaders who play a large role in ongoing project organisation, training and other functions.

Our VOs help us run the development support programme of work with partners outside the UK, and organising the Conservation Holidays.

Beyond the holiday programme, BTCV International is involved in regional and global networks and is actively developing it’s own networks and small-scale development initiatives in partnership with local organisations in several countries.
