Employee Action Days

Employees on action day

Employee Action Days are hands-on practical conservation days for teams and are an excellent way for your employees to discover first-hand some of the benefits that BTCV strives to deliver. We aim to be as inclusive as possible and offer a range of activities to suit all abilities and fitness levels.

Your employees will be engaged in tasks with tangible benefits for people and wildlife. Examples are dry-stone walling in beautiful countryside, creating a nature area in school grounds, regenerating areas of urban wasteland or planting trees in local woodland.

Teaming up with BTCV helps to make a positive difference to the environments and communities in which your staff live and work. In addition to improving the natural landscape, it provides people with a fun, active, outdoor experience working as part of a team, where friendships are formed and links with the local community are made.
