We help people to make their local area a better place to live and work.

But, now more than ever, green spaces are under threat as local authorities cut back on basic expenditure. People across the UK, particularly in disadvantaged communities could lose the vital green space that so many of us take for granted.

We need your help and financial support to raise money so that local volunteers can continue to transform local parks and green spaces from grim patches of neglected wasteland into green oases.

Volunteers work hard to make better places, but they need your support to match their enthusiasm.

• £5 could buy enough seeds to start a wildflower meadow...
• £10 could buy shrubs to encourage butterflies...
• £25 could provide 'sensory garden' plants for elderly and disabled people to enjoy...
