Meetings and Departures

Meeting (Pick-Up) times and locations are specified for each holiday. These are usually in the destination country at the most convenient times and places possible.

It is important that you take note of these when planning travel as in some cases they are not flexible - often we'll be travelling on as a group to our final destination and delays can cause problems.

You'll have a chance to double check and confirm these when contacted by the leader. If there is a chance you could be late, you should use the relevant contacts, which will be provided, to try to let someone know.

Departure (Drop-Off) times are approximate, but specified with a good safety margin built in. They can be considered reliable for arranging onward travel.
