Nidderdale AONB Young Rangers is a club for 7-16 year olds who have an interest in the great outdoors. Find out how to join and what they have planned for the Summer.

Young Rangers is a FREE heritage and conservation club for young people aged between 7 and 16 years. We meet two Saturdays each month and more often in the Summer holidays. The places we meet at and the things we do are all related to conservation, heritage and wildlife.

Why become an Nidderdale AONB Young Ranger? Well, apart from getting a chance to do loads of fun activities and work towards a John Muir Award, our existing Young Rangers have made new friends from all over the AONB.

How do I join the Young Rangers Club? Young Rangers is free to join, all you need to do is to get your parents to fill in this form and email it back to us. Then you can come to as many sessions as you like!

For more infomation call Rachel or Naomi on 01904 644300 or send us an e-mail.

Why I love Young Rangers!

We asked some of our Young Rangers why they like coming to the sessions and what their favourite things are.

Here is what they said........
