Level 1 &2 Diploma in Environmental Conservation

We have now secured funding through the Duchy College to begin training courses in Environmental Conservation.

These work based diplomas run for approximately 31 weeks and are scheduled to begin on 31st October 2011.

The courses are taught on work sites and students build a portfolio of evidence in order to demonstrate skills and knowledge through a series of assessments. Level 1 will be taught on Mondays and Tuesdays, Level 2 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

These qualifications are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the Land-Based Industry and will cover a range of necessary skills including Health & Safety, Habitat Management and construction.

Places will be allocated to the most suitable candidates through a process of recruitment and initial assessment. There is an administration fee of £30 for all students successfully enrolled onto these Diploma courses.
