John Laing plc
John Laing plc supports the development of BTCV's Volunteer Officer programme, which engaged 426 people in 2005. The support has enabled BTCV to develop its communications with potential Volunteer Officers, including research and website development. This has driven increased traffic to the Volunteer Officer section of the BTCV website and contributed to the 14% rise in Volunteer Officers over 2005.
BTCV has been able to offer more Volunteer Officer opportunities, to make information about the scheme, opportunities and training easier and clearer to access and to develop an induction pack, all of which are an invaluable resource to the organisation and the volunteers.
