Employee Action Days with BTCV in Kent

BTCV employee action day

  • Get your team out of the office
  • Work together in a different environment on a 'level playing field'
  • Learn new skills
  • Benefit the local community and wildlife

And . . . get a real buzz out of achieving something tangible, worthwhile and fun with BTCV Employee Action Days at The Singleton Environment Centre in Ashford.

Do you want to take part in a hands-on, practical conservation day, with a group of colleagues from the organisation you work with?

BTCV Employee Action Days are bespoke projects that we set up especially for this purpose and our dedicated Employee Action Day Co-ordinator will work with you and your team to get the best from your time with us.

Employee Action Days are a great way to team build, raise staff morale and improve your corporate green credentials. Businesses have also found that participation in these events can help to improve staff retention and personal development.

We can offer projects that support the protection and enhancement of local biodiversity, mitigate the effects of climate change, or help to improve access or interpretation of greenspaces, to enable people to enjoy them more.

We provide on-site, informal training and guidance as part of our delivery of projects, to ensure that everyone can make a personal contribution to their delivery and learn through this process too.

BTCV provides all the equipment needed, arranges for insurance cover and refreshments for tea breaks etc. All projects are run by fully trained Project Leaders. We provide projects that are worthwhile and delivered in a professional but fun, friendly and positive way for people with a wide range of abilities.

We offer the opportunity for groups of employees to spend time carrying out valuable projects together in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, enabling them to get to know one another better.
