Employee volunteering

Taking part in practical conservation activities can be very rewarding – for each individual, and everyone in the team. It’s great to see that, together, you’ve made a positive change for the environment, wildlife and people.

This is one of the reasons why groups of people take part in employee volunteering. It isn’t only the chance to ‘put something back’ into the environment, but also to build a cohesive team of people in which everyone has their own strengths, and have fun doing it.

Employee volunteering with BTCV can be arranged in several ways – it depends on what you want to achieve. Many people are attracted to Team Challenges, but we also arrange secondments and individual volunteer days too.

Many employers encourage their staff to volunteer in their local communities. You can spend that time with BTCV and learn new skills, find out about your local wildlife, and make new friends. Find out who to contact to discuss opportunities in your area.
