Give Volunteering a Go
As well as specialised projects, BTCV runs regular conservation task days all over the UK, during the week and at weekends. What better way to make friends, get some fresh air, exercise and help your local environment?
You can join in every once in a while or every week - the choice is yours. You will find yourself in a variety of different and beautiful locations. You will have the chance to try out a variety of tasks from tree planting to dry stone walling, footpath construction to creating wildlife habitats. There are also tea breaks to give you the chance to have a rest and a chat with your fellow volunteers.
No previous experience required - our trained project leader will guide you through and you're free to work at your own pace.
