BTCV Scotland

Enthusiastic volunteers with loppers

We care about people, the communities in which they live and the quality of their environment.

Come and join us! You won't believe what you can do! Find out what is happening in your area by clicking on your nearest BTCV Scotland office.

How can you get involved?

If you want to get a taste of what conservation volunteering is about
Come out for the day with our Conservation Volunteer teams, get healthy on a BTCV Green Gym, have a Conservation Holiday in locations in Britain or around the world, or attend a training course.

If you are able to volunteer on a regular basis
Become a BTCV Volunteer Officer where you will get lots of experience managing volunteers and developing conservation projects.

Fancy a career in conservation?
We can train you to be a Volunteer Officer, place you on one of our training programmes, or you can secure a BTCV bursary and become a Natural Talent apprentice.

Need help improving your local environment?
Join CLAN our Community Group Scheme to encourage positive change within your own neighbourhoods. Set up your own Community Green Gym.

Need help improving your school environment?
BTCV Scotland works with hundreds of schools all over Scotland. Join CLAN and we can provide you with a school grounds improvement manual and access to grants.
