It is 10 years since the Sonning Common Green Gym pilot was created near Reading.

To mark the occasion BTCV invited a host of professionals, supporters, staff and hard-working volunteers to a special celebration lunch and reception at the Cafe Royal in London on 11 March 2008.

Of course it wouldn't be a Green Gym event with out some cool down exercises!
